Customer Service Manager

Graphcom Inc., a marketing firm based in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a customer service manager to coordinate the customer service department to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs, work with the production department to produce customer jobs efficiently and of desired quality, and create a positive work environment for the customer service staff. This position also includes coordinating all customer service training efforts. Additional duties of the customer service manager include developing and updating training materials and programs as necessary, and, maintaining all records, files, logs and manuals associated with training. In addition, the customer service manager is responsible for all tasks and responsibilities of the customer service position.

Graphcom’s wide range of creative and print services allows us to provide custom solutions to help solve our clients’ communications and marketing dilemmas. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who is self-motivated, willing to push the bar to the next level and crave business challenges.

Experience with marketing, advertising, online media and printing is required. Excellent computer and technology skills are a must. Reliable transportation is required.
